All sales are final unless otherwise stated. Refunds or exchanges are only offered for items damaged during shipping or if an incorrect item was sent Claims for damaged items must be submitted within [14] days of delivery with photographic proof Shipping fees are non-refundable.

For commissioned or custom artwork: A deposit may be required before work begins Deposits are non-refundable once work has started Minor revisions may be allowed at the artist’s discretion Final artwork approval constitutes acceptance
